Returns and Exchanges

We offer free 28 day returns and exchanges on all orders, as long as your item is unworn and in its original condition with all packaging and tags.

Exchanges are offered on the same product like-for-like, not across colors or styles.

RETURNS:
For orders outside the UK, please follow the below instructions:

1. To make a return, please stick the pre-paid return label to the outside of your parcel, covering the original shipping label.
2. Please take your parcel to your nearest DHL drop-off location which can be found here.
3. Once the order has arrived at our warehouse, the team will then check that the item is in its original condition*.
4. This process typically takes 7-14 business days.
5. Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. (Please note that funds can take 3-5 working days appear in the account of your original payment method).
6. You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.

If you cannot locate the DHL return label, please fill in this form and we will email it to you.


We have opted in for paperless commercial invoicing, therefore if at the DHL drop-off location you are asked for a commercial invoice, please communicate the PANGAIA DHL account number: 952101707


*Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.
