We offer free 28 day returns on all orders, as long as your item is unworn and in its original condition with all packaging and tags.

To make the returns process quick and easy for you, we have launched a new digital returns hub. Here’s how it works:

  1. Please visit our Returns Hub and follow the on-screen instructions to generate your returns label. Ensure you input your order number in one of the following formats: “12345” or “Order12345”. Please use the email address you used when placing your order. 
  2. If you are struggling to enter your details or are unable to find your order, please fill out this returns form to proceed with your return.
  3. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 7-14 business days
  4. Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.
  5. You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.
  6. All returns are free of charge and we have extended our returns policy to accommodate for delays in shipping.

*Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost. Take a look at our Terms of sale for more details.
