• The free shipping offer is valid exclusively on purchases made through our official website.
• This offer is available to customers located in the United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), and the European Union (EU) only.
• Free shipping is applicable to both standard and express shipping methods in the UK, and standard shipping options in the US and EU.
• Please note that this offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or incentives currently offered by Pangaia.
• The free shipping discount is applied automatically at the checkout, with no need for a promotional code.
• The promotion is valid until the 30th of April 2024.

Customer Obligations:

• To be eligible for this offer, customers are required to have a minimum of one (1) item from Pangaia in their shopping basket.
• Orders must exceed a total value of $35/£30 after any discounts and before taxes have been applied to meet the minimum order value for free shipping eligibility.
• It is the customer's responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method upon checkout to benefit from this offer.
• Customers should ensure that their shipping address falls within the designated regions (UK, US, EU) to qualify for free shipping.

• The free shipping offer is not valid on previous purchases.
• It cannot be redeemed for cash or credit towards future purchases.
• If you return items purchased using this free shipping offer, and your order total falls below the minimum order value requirement, shipping charges may be applied retrospectively to your order.

• Pangaia reserves the right to modify, cancel, or limit the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the case of any dispute, the decision of Pangaia shall be final and binding.

 

DISCOUNT CODES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•  Discount Codes are only redeemable against PANGAIA products purchased  online at www.pangaia.com to be entered at checkout. Discount Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
•  You cannot use your Discount Code for purchases on the PANGAIA REWEAR website.
• The Discount Code amount will be deducted from your order total. The Discount Code amount cannot be used to meet free or express shipping thresholds.
• Discount Codes may not be used to purchase other Discount Code(s).
• Payment for the items purchased when using the Discount Code is expected in the currency specified by the customer (USD, GBP, or EUR). Customers are responsible for any fees or charges associated with currency conversion.
• Refunds and order cancellations will be processed in the same currency as the original purchase. However, due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded or canceled amount in GBP or EUR may not be the same as the original amount paid in USD.
• The Discount Code amount will be deducted from any refunds for items returned where the Discount Code has been used for the purchase.
• PANGAIA is not liable for any financial losses incurred by customers due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. Customers are encouraged to monitor exchange rates and make informed decisions before making a purchase.
• PANGAIA reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice and without any liability to customers.
