Shipping and Duties

COVID-19 UPDATE - we may experience some shipping delays and orders may take longer than usual (stated above). However, please note we are trying our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Free standard shipping and returns to:

UK on orders over US$100. Orders under $100 will be charged a $5 shipping fee. 

EU on orders over US$150. Orders under $150 will be charged a $15 shipping fee. 

USA, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland on orders over US$200. Orders under $200 will be charged $20 shipping fee.

Free standard shipping and returns on orders over US$300 in the following countries: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Russia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Taiwan, Ukraine, Mexico, Canada, Israel and Turkey. Orders under $300 will be charged a shipping fee of $25.

For all other destinations a $45 shipping charge will be added to your order.

Pangaia delivery partners are unable to offer shipping to countries with government trade restrictions or sanctions.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during working hours with orders placed after 1PM CET processed the next working day.

Standard shipping times differ by destination:

—Europe & USA within 5-10 business days

—Asia & rest of the world within 12-14 business days

—Russia within 12-14 business days

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated throughout it's journey. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

Couriers may differ per destination but we use mainly: DHL, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail and Hermes.  

Duties and Taxes

We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping from Europe to your shipping destination could incur customs charges.

Terms & Conditions

 - Sadly, we are unable to change an order once it has been placed due to our current systems. Please double check that the sizes and colors are correct when placing an order. 

 - Please note, we are currently upgrading our warehouse as we work towards improving customer experience. Unfortunately, this means that for the next 4-6 weeks we will be unable to change any order details, items within the order including shipping address, receiver name and cancellations.

- We are unable to change the address to a different country. Orders with incorrect addresses will be cancelled if they are unable to be shipped.

— To return your goods please visit our returns hub. Returns sent via other methods are accepted, but please understand that the customer is liable for the cost and delivery of this parcel.

 - Please ensure that you have written your shipping and billing address correctly as we are unable to update these details.
