Jellyfish exist in so many different colors and varieties, from glowing in the dark to being completely transparent. The purple jellyfish, known as the Pelagia Noctiluca, is what inspired the Orchid Purple color.

Nature sometimes surprises us with creations and colors that could be thought of as unreal. One of such creations is the jellyfish which exists in so many different colors and varieties, even illuminating or being completely transparent. The purple jellyfish, in particular, inspired one of PANGAIA’s seven brand colors. Purple orchid is the hue which represents respect, admiration and dignity.
