How long will shipping take?

Standard shipping options:
—UK within 3-5 business days
—USA within 4-6 business days
—Canada, Russia and Mexico within 2-5 business days
—Middle East within 3-5 business days
—Central Europe* within 3-7 business days
—Rest of Europe within 4-9 business days
—Asia & ROW within 4-7 business days

*Central Europe includes: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Portugal, Lithuania and Monaco

Express shipping options:
—USA Express shipping within 2-3 business days*
—UK Express shipping order by 5pm BST for next business day delivery. Please note purchases made after 11am BST on Friday and weekends will arrive the following Tuesday.

We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

PANGAIA cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.

Do you charge for shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet the following criteria:—UK all orders.
—USA on orders above $150. Orders under $150 will be charged $15.
—Ireland and Europe on orders over €150. Orders under €150 will be charged €15.
—For all other destinations orders over $300. Orders under $300 will be charged $30.

Express shipping
We currently offer free express shipping for orders to the USA and UK only that meet the following criteria:
—USA on orders above $270. Orders under $270 will be charged $25.
—UK on orders above £200. Orders under £200 will be charged £10.

Do you offer express shipping?

We currently offer express shipping for orders to the USA and UK only. We are working towards offering this to further countries in the future!

Where do you ship to?

We are pleased to confirm that we offer worldwide shipping!*

*Please note that we are unable to deliver to some countries and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are currently unable to deliver to the countries below:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Canary Islands, Central African Republic, Congo- Brazzaville, Congo-Kinshasa, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, St. Barths, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all of our orders from the United Kingdom, where our warehouse is based.

What couriers do you use?

All orders, except the USA, are currently shipped worldwide using DHL. USA orders are shipped via FedEx.

We are looking into expanding our courier options in the future!

Can I combine the shipping of my orders?

At this time we are unable to combine the shipping of multiple orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I redirect my order to a different shipping address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders to a different address once they have been shipped.

Can you deliver to a PO Box address?

We are currently unable to ship to PO Box and APO addresses.

I need an invoice for my order to ship, how can I get this?

To request an invoice for your order please reach out to us by clicking 'Contact Us' below or by using the 'Chat' button on our website. If one of our agents is online, you will find this in the bottom left-hand corner in a blue 'Chat' button.

DHL has requested additional information from me before they can deliver my parcel, what should I do?

Occasionally DHL will require additional information such as a passport copy, or an updated contact number before they can make a delivery.

Please respond to DHL as soon as possible, to avoid your order being returned back to us. Please note that we cannot reship orders that have been returned to our warehouse. If your order is returned to us, please let us know so we can make sure your refund is processed accordingly. Please see our returns policy here for further information.

Customs & Duties FAQs

Are customs and duties included for orders shipping to the EU?

All EU orders are shipped, delivery & duties paid (DDP)

This means that you will not have to pay duties on any order shipping within the EU.

Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional information to our delivery partners to receive your order as it passes through customs. Please see the specific requirements below:

Slovakia & Latvia
You will be required to provide Proof of Payment and sign a Power of Attorney to receive your items.

Greece
If your order is under €1,000, you will be required to show a Tax ID.

If your order is over €1,000, you will be required to sign a Power of Attorney or EORI to receive your items.

Italy
You will be required to show a Tax ID to receive your items.

Portugal & Lithuania
You may be required to provide Proof of Payment in order to receive your items.

Are customs and duties included for order shipping outside of the EU?

We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping outside the EU from the UK could incur customs charges.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We are working to improve this service as soon as possible!

Can I refuse to pay the customs and duties I am being charged?

Yes. The fees are charged and payable locally depending upon the shipment value.

These fees are subject to local/country customs laws. If left unpaid or you refuse the shipment then your order will be returned to the PANGAIA warehouse. If your order is refused, please let us know so we can make sure your refund is processed accordingly.
