Having a comfy outfit to WFH in is everything. I love something that feels soft and cozy, makes me feel stylish but requires minimal effort and is made from fabrics that are good for the planet and feel great against my skin. My go-to is our Pajamas.

Music, walks + comfort
My Jazz, Electronic and Bossa Nova work music playlists help me stay motivated and a quick 15-minute walk, yoga or Headspace meditation on my lunch break clears my mind and helps me stay zen. Being comfy is also key—I love our soft, fuzzy Heavyweight Tracksuits.

Walking meetings + the 20-20-20 rule
At least one walking meeting a day or a quick walk during my lunch break. I also use the 20-20-20 rule for your eyes: every 20 mins look at something at least 20 yards away for 20 seconds—helps rest your eyes when you’re working on a screen all day long!
